A song I never played dominating my ranking

I recently noticed a song I don't know and never played randomly appear as my most streamed song in the past 4 weeks. After checking the song it showed that I listed to 150 minuts of the song all during almost one hour, which in fact doesn't even have 150 minutes. After checking my history in app it showed the song played, yet the spotify history did not show it and I don't have Apple Music. Is there a way to get it out of there and possibly fix the issue so it doesn't occur again?
