Apple Music - Songs keep repeating in recently played / tracking, despite not listening to them

I have 2 songs which keep popping up together multiple times in the recently played section, and it also shows up as having streamed them multiple times in the song stats, despite only having listened to them once.

This goes across multiple days, starting April 2nd. Also, within the history tab, it shows as having listened to them fully, even though the one time I did listen to them, I didn't even fully listen to them, but rather skipped midway through.
