Track switching?

There’s two songs from the same album and I listen to one very frequently. However, there’s another song from the same album that I’ve literally haven’t listened to in over a year but it’s claiming that that song is my number one song in the past four weeks when the song that I listen to very frequently is nowhere to be seen.
